As a late night radio presenter in the UK, Iain Lee has a small but committed fanbase. To reward the contributors to his show he has created individually numbered ‘membership cards’ for them. It’s a really nice idea and should get you thinking about how you go about rewarding your fans for their support.

This ‘membership card’ for a talk show listener/contributor is a great idea.
Tangible items really speak volumes in today’s intangible world so anytime you can give your supporters something ‘physical’ as a way of saying ‘thank you’ will be highly regarded by them.
It could be a special pin badge, an exclusive t-shirt or even a card on their birthday. It doesn’t have to cost the earth (as this membership card shows). Take a moment to think what tangible item you can create for your biggest fans as a way of saying thank you for your support.
