Ideally, you should be tweeting when the majority of your Twitter followers are online.  If you don’t your messages won’t get full engagement and you’re talking when your audience aren’t there to listen! Big mistake.  But how can you find out when your fans are logged in and using Twitter?

Tweriod is a free service which analyses your last 1000 followers and compiles reports for you showing when they are online.

I’ve just done a check on my band’s own Twitter account and it’s told me that on weekends, 1pm and 7pm are good times and on weekdays 2pm and 6pm are the best times to tweet. It’s that sample!
