Are your videos on YouTube optimised?  In other words are they tweaked in such a way that people can find and discover them easily.  Here’s a fantasic Infographic from Illustrated Sound to help you do just that along with other YouTube ‘best practice’ tips.  I think this is so good you should print this off and use it as a checklist the next time you upload!
