Nice quick post today highlighting Tweepsmap, a website that I haven’t seen mentioned a lot in music marketing circles.

Whilst Tweepsmap has several payment plans, it’s free version will probably suffice most musicians.  The free plan gives you graphical representation of where your Twitter followers are based (even down to a state/province or city level). Neat.

You can use this along with Facebook Insights and Spotify for Artists data to get an overview of where your audience is based. Paid accounts allow you to obtain lists of followers based on their location.

The basic version is free so there’s no excuse for not giving it a spin.
